Today I took my dog for a grooming and to get my dog her vaccines. Best customer service Caterina made me feel and my dog dasiy happy and comfortable she’s takes her time and communicate the service. Keep up with the good wor for the grooming the best service they let my dog so beautiful thank you.

I highly recommend the clinic. The space is well-equipped, clean, the service is excellent, the professionals are serious and honest, and they don't invent unnecessary things to do during your appointment. I felt very safe leaving my puppy in their care.

Had a very straightforward visit for my cat and the people there were very helpful. Dr. Rodriguez answered all of my questions and I left feeling much better about my cat’s health, definitely will be coming here every year for check ups.

I can't say enough good things about East Orange Animal Hospital and Dr. Santiago! He is an excellent vet—knowledgeable, communicative, kind, and incredibly generous of spirit. Years ago, he cared for my dog until her passing, and now, years later, I have a cat for the first time. There was no question in my mind that I would bring him to Dr. Santiago, even though I now live over an hour away. His staff is also incredibly kind and helpful, making every visit a positive experience. The level of care and compassion they provide is unmatched. If you're looking for a vet who truly cares about his patients and their humans, look no further. Highly recommended.

The veterinarian is so amazing and staff is professional and friendly. The vet is about saving your pet and providing excellent care without over charging you. My go to complete pet care center.....love them. My happy boy "RUSTY" After getting neutered.

This is a wonderful place. Dr.Santiago truly loves animals and does alot to help people with getting their animals better without over charging. The staff is friendly and professional. Overall great place.

My family was desperate to find a vet that would take our cat Jack as he was in need of an emergency visit. They helped my family and cat as best as they possibly could. Unfortunately our Jack had to be put to sleep. The Doctor and staff were beyond kind and helpful during such a traumatic event. They gave us all the time we needed with him and made sure he was very comfortable during his transition. I would highly recommend this vet and we will be returning with our other fur baby. Thank you again to the wonderful doctor and staff.

The technician who got us settled into the room was so nice and informed us when the doctor would be in. It was our first time with Dr Chan and she was truly amazing. So nice and answered all of our questions and concerns regarding our pet with bad allergies. Overall have not had a bad experience here. Been to this hospital two times so far and both doctors have been great.

My wife breeds shih tzu puppies for the several years. We always bring the Arlington Dog & Cat Hospital for their first check up. There best with our puppies, great service. The place is very clean and the staff is great. We always recommend Arlington Dog and Cat Hospital to our buyers.
