This review is long overdue. There are not enough great things that I can say about Dr. Fredericks. I've been a patient of his for over 11 years! He's patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable. He answers any and all questions and never makes you feel rushed. He finds solutions to problems and always does it with genuine grace. Dr. Fredericks makes me feel seen and heard, and that in itself speaks volumes for me. I have never come across any other doctor that goes above and beyond for his patients. No other doctor compares. Dr. Fredericks has given me support in regaining the confidence I once lost, I'll forever be grateful. Thank you for everything!I also can't say enough great things about his staff. They are extremely polite, and professional. They are attentive, and caring as well.

Though my journey has just begun with Dr. Fredericks, I am already eternally grateful for his knowledge, congenial nature, and commitment to my health. During my initial visit/consultation, I was impressed by his ability to convey, with the utmost clarity, the science behind what I was experiencing physically. In addition, he listened to my concerns and answered every question that I posed. His courteous and receptive nature was not exclusive to our first meeting because in a most recent follow-up session, again, he was patient and receptive to all of my inquiries. Most importantly, Dr. Fredericks is compassionate and genuinely wants his patients to succeed which is--in my humble opinion--a mark of a true professional.

Polite and professional service. Answers questions and is patient. Mentor and encourage. Lost 60 pounds in about 8 to 10 months Sorry Ashley, that was not my experience. In fact, my insurance is out of network, and they worked with me.

I’m not really a person that leaves reviews but truly believe my journey with ThinTech deserves one. Not only am I totally shocked by the results (as I’m a person who has struggled with their weight most of their life), I am so thrilled to be part of Dr. R’s ThinTech community and am always impressed with the 1:1 support him/his team provide. They never make you feel alone and make losing weight doable/ fun (to the point that I look forward to my in-office weekly check-ins!). I can’t recommend his program enough. I’m 25 pounds down in under 40 days.
