I would come here just to hang out with the people behind the desk. I told one of the guys that I hope I never see them again because the damage to my car was quite the annoyance and I don’t want to have to come back but Mitch and Brian were such great help and such kind souls that really made me feel very up to date! I was updated along the way and they reassured me with every phone call I had to make in between. Thanks guys! Y’all are awesome and I hope I do run into you guys again (Not in these circumstances)

I had a rear end hit to my tailgate and bumper. They said it would take a month with the supply chain the way it was and it was ready in 3 weeks and looked brand new. They would text me every day on the status of the work.. so professional and always pleasant to take to office staff when I would stop by to see vehicle in the stages of repair./ highly recommend Caliber Collison.

Good communication on status of my repairs, and the overall repairs were done well. I would 100% use them again, and coordinating with a rental company thru caliber was easy.
