My husband and I have lived here for 6 months and have loved it! Parking is the best here than any other complex I've lived! We usually get a spot right in front of our door, if not, we park maybe 3-5 spots away, it's great! Maintenance is AMAZING! We put in a request about our garbage disposal in our sink being broken and they came in 20 minutes! They fix everything we need within a day, maybe two, it's freaking awesome. The apartment is cozy and the complex is great! We went swimming all summer and have definitely used the multiple hot tubs and the gym enough times to make it worth it. This has been a perfect apartment for a newlywed couple! Great place, no hidden fees, nice office staff.

Management staff is kind and attentive. They throw really fun events for the community. Tonight we had a GOURMET GRILLED CHEESE BAR! I love the location, the amenities, and the staff! Thanks for making it such a great place to live.

Great place so far Friendly staff, maintenance is pretty on top of things. Great neighborhood/neighbors.

Blown away by the spaciousness of my apartment! Garret and his team made my move-in day so easy. They were responsive to all my questions leading up to move-in day. The amenities are exactly as advertised, and I'm already feeling at home. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking! OUR VIEW IS AMAZING!!!.

Moving in with my best friend has been such an exciting experience, and the whole process was so smooth and easy! The office staff was seriously the sweetest <3 they made everything so quick and stress-free. We already feel so at home here, and we’re so happy we chose this place!.

The office and maintenance people were awesome in making me feel welcome. Garrett and Reggie were top notch office workers, and Keaton and Lina in the maintenance department helped resolve my issues quickly. This place makes me feel at home. Mahalo and Aloha!.

As usual.... maintenance was quick to fix the couple of things that needed fixing! After living at an apartment complex that was so unprofessional to deal with...having to put in many requests & still not having any issues addressed, the maintenance here is the complete opposite. They have always been quick to remedy any problem & it's always done right the first time. A big THANKS to all of you guys in maintenance.

This place is wonderful! The staff here are cooperative, considerate, and consistent. They really care about me as a person. My daily life here is enriched by substantial amenities provided to all tenants. And with the perfectly centralized location I have many transportation options to anywhere. Altitude lifts me up to a more fulfilled life!.

I am very happy to live here. The maintenance requests are answered very promptly. It feels good to live somewhere that really cares about their tenants.
