I've unfortunately had to be towed a couple of times in my life, and Rory was by far the best driver I've worked with. Kind and professional, maneuvered his flat bed around in my tiny apartment parking lot like he was driving rally, and got the job done quickly. My car is a pain in the butt because it rides really low and unfortunately made it impossible to get the tow hooks attached as you'd normally see. But Rory problem solved and got my problem child on to the bed and securely wenched in for her ride to the shop for repairs. Truly above and beyond work! I'd also like to shout out the two women I spoke to in the office who were upfront about the pricing structure and ETA- you'd think it would be the norm, but it isn't, especially when delivered with courtesy. All around, I've had an AWESOME experience with Stauffer's and I'd highly recommend them!.

Rory did an exceptional job of getting to the site where my vehicle was broke down. He took extreme care in loading the car onto the truck, explained what he was doing, and took great pride in his work. Also very pleasant conversation on the way to the repair place. Highly recommend this company and Rory.

Rory picked up my car the other day. He was great to work with, very kind. I was professional in handling my vehicle and took his time to explain what he was doing and what would be going on. He called me after he dropped off my car and explained what the next steps were. Thank you!!.

I have saved Cartow in my phone. They deserve it. I've used them twice in a year and each time their dispatcher is so courteous and professional. The tow drivers have been so considerate and professional as well. This last time, SHAWN #44, helped my 18 yr old daughter tow her vehicle, she was so nervous about everything. He was professional and kind and made her feel important and respected. My daughter saved Cartow in her phone too. I highly recommend Cartow. Thanks again! And it was the fastest wait time I have experienced ever, especially right before Christmas.

Jodie was an amazing helped me with a lot. Calmed me down and help me make the right decision for my car. Offered anything to make my experience better. Had amazing customer service. The drivers are good and use care on your car definitely will come back just for the service and experience I got from Jodie and the driver that helped me today.

I wish I had asked for the guy’s name. Geico coordinated through Car Tow SLC. He towed my car home and backed it into a perfect parking spot until I could replace the battery. There was a huge truck in front of his truck and a car in front of mine. Nailed it!.

After a tire blowout on the freeway in rush hour traffic, I needed fast action to get back on the road. Checked reviews and found Marvel Towing, with Marvin’s name listed as the go-to for support. Sure enough within ~20 minutes he met me on the side of the freeway, loaded up my car quickly and got me to the nearest tire center safely. Great service and very customer-focused.

My son slid off a narrow section of road trying to get it off the way of a garbage truck. Tj came out and was able to get us back on the road safely and quickly. He was professional and knowledgeable about the best way to get us out. He took the precautions necessary to avoid making the situation worse. Thanks again Tj for your help. I definitely will be using Marvel in the future for any towing needs that may arise.

Marvel towing is amazing!! He came out and helped us even though he was super busy and he was so kind! He communicates and treated our situation with urgency and I appreciate that so much! Amazing work and very efficient.
