I really love this place! They are always polite, considerate, informative, and don't treat me like I'm an idiot. The quality of service is excellent. They also have a terrific waiting room, with a snack bar. Beverages are free and some snacks are free also. Those that do have a charge are very reasonably priced, and the quality is quite good. The restroom is even better than buc-ee's.

Felt very taken care of. Service rep was excellent. She should get a raise! I appreciate the professionalism as well as not feeling like hands were constantly reaching for my wallet. Waiting area with cafe was a very nice touch.

I had a great experience purchasing my first-ever new car from Mark Miller Toyota. Everyone was kind, professional, and helpful. Mark Peck was my advisor and was wonderful to work with on finding exactly what I wanted. Mike in sales and David in finance were also helpful and not pushy, which I greatly appreciated.

Kris was an unbelievable help! He was super kind and quick. First off, I was already adding a few accessories before talking to Kris. I was talking to multiple other dealerships about getting my new car and I worked with Kris because he wasn't making me feel pressured into buying even more accessories than I was already feeling. Which, all the other places made me feel rushed to come in to talk because, "3 people scheduled a test drive and it wont be here for long! You need to act quick and you need these accessories too!". Then they would text me a few days later to say the car was still there. Kris made sure he was doing everything correctly, even though my car took about 6 months to be delivered, he didn't try to make me get a color I didn't want or a different model that I wouldn't have been happy with. I can't say enough great things about this dealership! What a different experience than any other dealership I've ever been to. We leased a new Accord for my wife 3 years ago. She loved it so much, we came back to buy it today. Kris K. was the sales person that helped us and he was awesome! He made an appointment for us. He was very respectful and honest. Edsel took care of the financing. He was great as well. Very thorough, honest and personable. Every experience we've had here from sales, finance, and service have been top notch! Very professional staff. Just a very different feel from anywhere I've ever purchased a car from! Kudos to these guys and kudos to the folks that run this dealership! Very well done.
