Outstanding Service from Greg at Bob’s Lock Safe and Key! I had an amazing experience with Greg. He helped troubleshoot my Audi and reprogrammed my key. I had no idea what was involved and the equipment needed to do this. Greg is one of those rare experts who takes pride in his work and genuinely enjoys helping people. Plus, he’s a great guy. If you need a locksmith you can trust, Greg is the one to call. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Bob's! Randy (the tech) was great- called when en route, gave a detailed description of work that needed to be done, got it done quickly and on my budget. my store team thought he was super friendly too.

Natasha is great. She helped replace my key battery, got me a new key, and made sure it worked. She was patient and explained all the steps and the pricing was very reasonable. Thank you.
