I had an exceptional visit at the Grand America Hotel, and I’m thrilled to give it a well-deserved 5 stars! From the stunning elegance of the property to the impeccable service, every moment was perfect. A special shout-out to security officer Mounir from Tunisia, whose professional demeanor and genuine care made us feel incredibly safe and welcome. His attentiveness and warm approach truly stood out, enhancing our experience. The staff’s dedication, luxurious accommodations, and attention to detail make this hotel a gem. I can’t wait to return.

Booked a King garden at Little America, but an "inventory issue" got us a wonderful upgrade to room 1892. Probably helped that we had a SUPER late check-in after 0130 (late train). Gorgeous room, wonderful views, amazingly comfortable king bed. Thanks for treating us so well.

Love this hotel! This is my second time staying here & both times were great. Love the gym, the Laurel restaurant, the rooms are very comfortable & everyone is very friendly. Definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Thank you.

LITTLE AMERICA HOTEL–SALT LAKE CITY REVIEWS

My family of four stayed two nights at the Little America. The lobby is beautifully decorated and the staff at check in was very friendly. The room was very spacious ad was the bathroom. I found the beds to be very comfortable. The hotel did an excellent job giving the an old Americana feeling with the decor while it not feeling dated. The common areas were beautifully manicured! The pool was an adeuquate size ranging from 3 feet to 9 feet with plenty of lounge chairs available. All in all I would stay again.

It always surprises me how wonderful this place is, and I have been many times. We encouraged our son in law and daughter to book with us this time. We received linked rooms which enabled free flowing visiting between rooms. It was magical. Pool was perfection. Food and service in coffee shop 5 star and service throughout was old world perfection! Please don’t fix a thing. We will be back.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Easily the best value. Giant rooms. Very well kept. Pool was nice. Locker rooms amazing. Metro one block away.

CRYSTAL INN SALT LAKE CITY REVIEWS

Great location. Beautiful clean rooms with plenty of space. I love that the rooms have a mini refrigerator and a microwave. The pool and hot tub are indoors which is great for the winter time. The only issue that I have is that the armoire, microwave and refrigerator should be moved so that the dresser and TV could be in front of the bed for a more convenient TV viewing.

You can hear the noise from the corridor but it wasn’t loud enough to be a problem. The breakfast is great. There is everything you might want to eat: eggs, fruits, cereals, yogurts, coffee…This location is central as you can walk to Salt Lake City downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Great clean hotel. Standard rooms, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is surprisingly generous with different options including fresh fruits every day. Free parking and close to the old town of SLC, 15-20 min on foot.
