I had a fantastic experience at BBB! I adopted a cat this very Tuesday and was able to book an appointment within the week! My kitty had been haphazardly shaved before I got her but they were able to do a perfect job! Since I didn’t know how she would react I was so nervous but BBB was so patient with me and my cat! I got my car fixed right down the road during the appointment and they were so accommodating to both my cat and my needs! Before and after is a huge difference!

New dog for me, rescued from a puppy mill. He has been terrified! He was very rough looking. Ash took extra time with him and was very gentle. I am so pleased and grateful with the care and kindness they gave to him. Already have his next appointment!

They are truly the best groomer in Salt Lake, and one of the top groomers I have ever used in 6 years and 4 different states. Always flexible with my schedule, efficient and well priced.

My carine terrier was ratty initially, but the groomers there did a fantastic job washing her up and giving her a cute, soft result. They especially made her a little fluffy and added a hair bow. I have autistic tendencies, and I like soft, fluffy dogs. Not to mention, the groomers there were so friendly and gentle. Can't add the photo cause of weird tech reasons, but Mitzi is cute!

Ezra is incredible! He’s so kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about animals—I always feel like my dogs are truly loved and cared for in his hands. August did a great job grooming them too. I’m so grateful to have found such a thoughtful and talented team!

I’ve brought my cat here a few times now and they have always done AMAZING!!! The lady who took care of big tuna on 4/3 was so kind. Thank you so much!! Love these guys!!

Took my Cockapoo puppy in for her very first grooming and was very impressed with the staff! Caitlin was her groomer and was amazing! I appreciated that lucy wasn’t just another dog for the day, i expected to drop her off and that would be the end of it, but it was similar to a mini consult. I originally booked the appointment for a trim bath nails (the works), but since my pup is still young we decided to start with a hygiene cut and if Lucy wasn’t too stressed then she’d get the rest of the services. I appreciated their willingness to be flexible to what Lucy was comfortable with so it wasn’t too much. She ended up getting the full service and Caitlin sent me pictures of her during her bath and once she was all done. Lucy is going to be a regular at doggie in the window!

I’ve been taking my dog here for 15 years now, and Heidi has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to give him dynamite haircuts and service. She even gives him massages, which my old guy loves! She is always so attentive to his needs and highly detail oriented with his haircut! You can trust her to not only do a stellar job, but also treat your pet with respect, love, and care!

Heidi is not only great at her craft but incredibly caring. She took incredible care of our senior dog here, making him incredibly comfortable. She is a true pet lover that treats her clients with the same love and care that she would show to her own pets. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of pet grooming.
