Excellent customer service and they did a great job on my car’s repairs with a very quick turnaround time. I was actually shocked by how fast they were. They truly went out of their way to make the process as painless as possible, handled all of the insurance claims stuff quickly and efficiently, and every single person I interacted with was friendly and kind. My car looks brand new (they even cleaned the inside), and they returned my rental car for me to save me a trip. I hope to not need any car repairs in the near future, but I wouldn’t hesitate to go straight to them. They definitely have a loyal customer now.

Had a great experience with NT Auto Body. I took my car in for an estimate and despite the busyness of the office, I was met in a timely manner. The owner looked my car over and gave me a reasonable estimate. Two weeks later the ship called me to set up the repair. It was completed in less than two hours. Quality of work is excellent. They used OEM parts.
