My move-in experience was fantastic. Pauline was wonderful even meeting me before business hours and responding to texts during her off days! When I met her in-person, she was just as fantastic. I was able to get everything done quickly and then off to check out my apartment. As for the apartment complex, Foxchase has improved a lot over the years. The owners, managers, and staff all deserve the credit. This apartment was my third time renting from them: first in 2013, second in 2019, and third in 2025. I really like Fox chase, because, for me, it has the best balance between value for price.

I just want to take a moment to recognize Patrice Shields at the Foxchase Apartments leasing office. Patrice has always been incredibly understanding, helpful, and professional. No matter the situation, she handles everything with so much patience and a truly great attitude. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported and heard. It’s clear she genuinely cares, and that makes a big difference. Thank you, Patrice, for all that you do—you’re truly appreciated!.

I moved to my apartment almost a month ago and everything is so good so far. My only complaint is the noise of A/C units which are located outside of the builiding and may distract your sleep. Apart from that i loved the neighborhood! There is a very nice trailer, park, attached photo. Pools are clean and well taken care of. I hope i wont change my review in the future.

At Mount Vernon Square Apartments I would like to give a big shout out to Ms. Kali!! She was very attentive, kind, and considerate with helping me secure my apartment for another year by signing my lease renewal documents. She has exceptional customer service skills and her music taste is very smooth. I really appreciate her and the staff over there. Not sure if they do employee of the month, definitely put her up there for the running!.

I have had very positive interactions with all maintenance staff, especially Manuel who recently fixed my oven. They are always professional and communicative with any issues. The only problem I have had is getting in touch with them, which is a problem with their front office, not with the maintenance team. I wish communicating with the office was more timely and beneficial, but I do want to sing the praises of the maintenance staff.

Adano has been the best leasing agent I have ever meet. He is so professional and polite. He took a great time and explained everything to us and also kept in touch during the whole process. I really appreciate everything he has done for me and my family. Thank you very much.

Hello! I have recently moved to Riverside Apts and so far I love it. The leasing office was so helpful, responsive, and quick in getting us approved and moved in. They worked with us so well and it made our move in process much easier. The leasing agent I worked with was Mekdes and she has been so communicative and responsive about any questions/concerns that I have. So far it’s been a great experience here!.

I had a great time at the Riverside apartments in Alexandria, Virginia at there at their Mardi Gras party tonight it was great! I won a prize/gift card for having the best costume!.
