Ameritech installed our patio doors 2 years ago and we love the comfort improvement, security, I like the professionalism of the installers, they took everything out and clean after themselves. We interviewed 5 window companies for out window replacement purchase. Tammy from Window Nation was the most informative, honest and professional representative we had the pleasure of working with. We were able to negotiate a reasonable price for exactly what we wanted. We have all stain grade wood trim throughout our house and the wood-grained vinyl on the inside of our new windows matches our wood perfectly. The installation was incredible! Three hard working guys showed up on time and within 6.5 hours replaced our 18 windows professionally and cleaned up well after they were done. We cannot believe how quiet our house is now inside and no more air blowing in around the windows. They are now easy to clean, open and look great. We were very pleased with Window Nation. Great customer service. The installation guys were fantastic! Answered the questions we had. Very speedy and clean. The only negative I have is we had a $500 off gift card from our referral friend and they wouldn’t accept it because we didn’t present it to them at the original meeting. Also we were supposed to get a $250 refer a friend discount and that wasn’t applied either. So they aren’t very good about giving the discounts that they advertised. However, in the end, We did negotiate a good price. Just make sure you get the discounts and money off at the beginning of the process! So overall very satisfied. We would definitely recommend them to others.
