Marks-Woods did a fantastic job on our recent home renovation project! This is the second remodel we've done on our home. We went with a smaller, less expensive company the first time around and needless to say, we got what we paid for. For our second remodel, we refused to go through the same headaches and looked for a full service general contractor. We got proposals from several companies, but none of them compared to the level of detail we received from Marks-Woods. That level of detail continued throughout the whole project. Their interior designers did a great job selecting materials that reflected my aesthetic. They showed me exactly what it would look like in detailed drawings and renderings. The construction team brought their design to life down to the smallest detail. Drew was a great Project Manager and kept us in the loop the entire time. We couldn't be happier with the final result and will use them again for any future projects.

We used Marks-Woods for a whole house remodeling project coming out of Covid and despite the many post-Covid related delays, we had a positive experience overall. While things weren't perfect (in remodeling, nothing ever is!) and it took much longer than any of us anticipated, the team made all the difference. The designers we worked with, Sooz, Danielle, Michaela, and Megan are second to none. They have great instincts and were able to work with our design style while opening our eyes to alternatives as well. We are completely satisfied with the result. Our main project manager, Matt, had the patience of a saint. We can't say enough about his customer service attitude and his ability to help us through some difficult construction situations, mishaps, and decisions. The construction team was very competent and did quality work, especially our tile installations. If you are looking to update your house, you should definitely give them a call.

Just stunning, such attention to detail and the guys are always so courteous (plus stayed under budget and on time!) I love hosting now more than ever and in the DC area it’s hard to find trustworthy contractors who are design forward.
