Even though we did not end up using their services, the staff, both in the office and the dispatcher, were very kind and professional. They promptly sent someone out to assess our needs, but unfortunately, what we required was outside the scope of their work. Despite this, I was impressed by their customer service and would definitely consider using them for septic services in the future.

The portable toilet by the pickleball court at George Hellwig Memorial Park actually smells good! I don't know what on earth they put in there to make it smell clean and even sweet, but keep it up! Makes going to my kid's practice more comfortable.

I spoke with Allison at Five Star Septic this morning. She was friendly and efficient in getting my clients set up for pumping and inspecting the septic system at the home they are purchasing.
