Advance Auto Parts Baltimore

I was on hold for over an hour. I was still on hold when I walked in FURIOUS as I couldnt believe that I was kept on hold for that long but as soon as I walked in o could see what was happening. There was a lot of staff and they were doing everything they could to keep all the customers in there happy. There just wasn’t enough of them and that’s not their fault but managements or corporate’s responsibility. They needed to be cashiers, mechanics, therapists and they tried to keep up with everyone with a good attitude. Not much more you could ask.

First off i want to say the phone customer service was everything thank you Trinia & to Amanda thank you for the battery customer service y'all are amazing we need more of this y'all ladies made my day.
