I have worked with ABC at least 6 times at two different venues and every time I have had amazing support on the phone, their delivery and setup crew are helpful and fast, too! They are very reasonably priced and beat several other rental companies I priced out. As long as I have a need to rent stages and tents in their delivery area, I"ll be using them.
They were awesome. Super affordable. I was able to call and order everything I needed just looking at the items and descriptions online. The items were as described. I didn't get charged an extra fee to pick up my items for Saturday and return Monday since they were closed on Sunday. Loading and unloading process was efficient and quick.

We included a tent as our dancing area in our wedding this past spring. It was huge hit with our guests and Loane Bros was extremely helpful and responsive during the planning process with size and layout recommendations. They also coordinated really well with our venue so my husband and I were able to enjoy the days leading up to and morning of our wedding without needing to get involved with/worry about the details of tent setup.
If you're in need of a tent, lighting, dance floor, generator or party rentals for your special event I would look no further than Loane Brothers. We chose Loane Brothers due to the fact that they carry beautiful "sail cloth" style tents for our wedding at our home. They also carry a wooden style dance floor - much better looking than the typical lay down tiles. Not only did they have a great selection of lighting and quality tents their customer service was top notch! Darryl quickly answered all of our questions via e-mail or phone and even visited our property well in advance to make sure everything would fit properly. A storm disturbed the tent 2 days before our big day and not only did they fix it quickly they even came back the morning of our wedding to make sure everything looked perfect.
A true hidden gem and life saver! True customer service, helpful staff from front office, to rental contracts, and the general loading dock guys. I am grateful to them all for this customer focused and business minded operation.

We had a great experience! We had to reschedule our original date due to rain so we got a rain check for the full amount. When it came time to rescheduling it was totally hassle free. Everyone we dealt with was great to work with, the bounce house was amazing, and they were not only on schedule but early for drop off and right on time for pick up. We would definitely use them again!
Always an ease and a guaranteed success using this company for our daughter’s birthday. Mr. Moonbounce has a large variety of moonbounces available; we always seem to find one that we like, especially when booking in advance. Their booking process is easy and simple. The drivers (that drop off and pick up) are friendly and professional and even call ahead to let you know when they will be arriving on party day, sometimes even earlier than scheduled (which works wonderfully for me). I always appreciate this, knowing how chaotic it can be with all of the last minute details before guests arrive. I have had past experiences with OTHER companies where I have had to call them on party day to see where they were, close to the party start time- which was an absolute nightmare and heart attack waiting- BUT NOT with this company. I highly recommend Mr. Moonbounce for your Moonbounce needs! Professional, no games, and an ease to book. We will continue to rent through Mr. Moonbounce for years to come! I had an amazing experience with Mr. Moonbounce! I rented 2 bounce houses and tables and chairs. I also arranged a balloon twister and face painter through them; both ladies were incredibly talented - I was blown away by how amazing they were! Everything was SO so easy to arrange through Mr. Moonbounce, and I was so pleased with the customer service, professionalism, and kindness of all people I interacted with. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them! I can't say enough good things. They literally made our party a success!
