Legacy Septic systems was very responsive to my contact for assistance which started on the weekend. Great customer service. Rob, the technician was great - provided great education on the system and the issue and how to resolve it. Work was done efficiently. He was prepared with parts and installation was pretty quick.

Legacy has been our go to septic company since purchasing our house 5 years ago. George & Shaun were outstanding, very paitent in explainging conditions to me and steps to take between service calls to prolong the life our of system.

Quick response even after hours, and exceptionally quick service. Brandon was very nice and answered all my questions. Will continue to use Legacy moving forward.

First time using them and Ron conducted the service. Afterwards he discussed that he was surprised I wasn’t having any issues as the tank was almost filled. He advised he spent time cleaning out the tank and advised due to the size tank I should be doing it more frequently to avoid any issues. Thank you for taking the time to provide me the information.

Devin did an awesome job! He was very professional, timely, and thorough. Everything was handled efficiently, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the quality of work and time he took to answer questions. Highly recommend Chavis Septic and Devin for anyone needing reliable and top-notch service!

Adam from A & V Septic Services LLC quickly installed a new septic tank so that we could make a closing on our new house which we were very grateful for. After that they went even farther above and beyond by coming out free of charge to backfill soil after we had runoff from winter rains and storms.
