All were courteous, informative, professional, and hardworking. And the floors look marvelous!

The team from nexts day floor parkville did a awesome job. Thanks john for all your help through the process. The team that put down the floor was on time. Answered any questions i had and cleaned up behind there selves.

This is the place to get your carpet! We wanted to use a local company but we were worried that it would take a long time compared to the national chains. We had nothing to worry about, though--they had everything ordered, delivered, and expertly installed in less than a week! Wes took such great care of us, and Lou and Wes were both very accessible and communicative.

I went from carpet to flooring. The customer service at the store was exceptional! Wes and Lou were SO easy to work with, knowledgeable and Very nice! My installation crew was professional, clean and did an AMAZING job! Will DEFINITELY be using them again....WAY better than the big stores! Thanks Again, Carpet Outlet!

Great price. Next-day installation. Looks great. Just a few minor nicks on the baseboard, but certainly less than if I did the job.
