Back in January, I had the pleasure of meeting my sales person. A very pleasant and beautiful young woman name Shai, I hope that's the correct spelling. However, Shai was so helpful to me as I was there to make the most important purchase of my life, an engagement ring for my "Forever Luv". She was so informative without being pushy or intrusive. She was so helpful to me, I made sure to go back and keep a promise to her, to come back to show her the video of the night I proposed. I also made sure to tell Shai that she would be tied to my Fiance' and I for life for helping make that night a memorable one for us both...Thank you Shai.

Went to the White Marsh Mall location in at the beginning of March with my father and son to get my mother Pandora charms for her birthday. Ms. Sharon was absolutely wonderful. She was so nice and helpful when we couldn't decode which charms to choose. She was extra sweet to my son and even packaged the charm he picked for his Nana in his own little bag to carry and give her. We have bought charms with her help before and she is always so helpful and knowledgeable of the products. When you go, ask for her and you will never be disappointed in the customer service she provides.

The salesperson at the Pandora station was very helpful and professional. She helped me build a bracelet and presented several options that I hadn't seen. She was patient while I was trying to decide on my final selections and offered her experienced advice. I will definitely go back to keep adding on to the bracelet.
