Sometimes I've visited from work, not looking particularly together, and other times I've dressed appropriately for their upscale experience. Went to the White Marsh Mall location in at the beginning of March with my father and son to get my mother Pandora charms for her birthday. Ms. Sharon was absolutely wonderful. She was so nice and helpful when we couldn't decode which charms to choose. She was extra sweet to my son and even packaged the charm he picked for his Nana in his own little bag to carry and give her. We have bought charms with her help before and she is always so helpful and knowledgeable of the products. When you go, ask for her and you will never be disappointed in the customer service she provides!

The salesperson at the Pandora station was very helpful and professional. She helped me build a bracelet and presented several options that I hadn't seen. She was patient while I was trying to decide on my final selections and offered her experienced advice. I will definitely go back to keep adding on to the bracelet!

Fantastic service! Above and beyond. Sharon and Tara were a pleasure to work with regarding wristband resizing after servicing my go to Citizen watch, battery replacement and charging an eco drive watch.
