THE FITZGERALD AT UB MIDTOWN REVIEWS

Without a doubt the best apartment complex we have ever lived in. The front desk staff are kind and involved. The leasing office are responsive and respectful. Amenities including the swimming pool, cyber cafe, conference room, coffee machine, and theater are simply superb. The location is a rare gem. Walking distance to Penn station, restaurants and music venues nearby. Saddest part of moving out of Baltimore was moving out of Fitzgerald. Memorable year staying at Fitzgerald. Will def miss this place.

Thank you very much, Jadon, for showing us the house and providing a detailed introduction. My wife and I really like The Fitzgerald at UB Midtown. It is clean and tidy, with maintenance promptly attended to in every area, and all the staff are very responsible. The only downside is the parking garage. Since it is open to the public, sometimes there are strange people in the garage. To enter or exit the garage, you need to roll down your window to swipe a card, which lets rainwater into the car on rainy days. Additionally, there are only two charging stations for electric cars, but there are at least five electric vehicles owned by residents, plus outside cars. Charging is free, so the charging stations are often occupied. I suggest adding more charging spots and implementing a fee for charging.

The office is kind, friendly and easy to communicate with. The maintenance crew is really helpful, friendly and they work quick. The office is also quick to react to concerns and really listens to their residents. Overall, a really great place to live.

Having moved almost eight years ago from a townhouse in Perry Hall the Arbors has truly been the best choice we could have ever made. We renewed our lease for an additional eighteen months and have no plans for ever leaving!! We just CELEBRATED our EIGHTH ANNIVERSERY here and we are sooo happy we made this choice!! The apt. layout is perfect, the amenities are the best~24/7 fitness center, saltwater swimming pool, lovely barbeque area, a lovely Zen Garden, dog park, community room. media room, conference center and the list goes on and on. The entire staff is here to make you feel so at home led by the most caring and professional property mgr~ Michele Peluso. The beautifully manicured grounds are ideal for long walks. If you need something done in your unit, before you are done asking the job is completed. The building is spotless as there is a cleaning crew here seven days a week. Our Sheltie Bond loves the dog park and his daily treat in the office~ THEY ARE SOOOO PET FRIENDLY!! We love the Arbors and have no intention of leaving as this is our forever home. SOOOO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I am a double amputee living at and loving my home at Arbors Greenleigh for over 5 years. This Bozzuto Arbors Greenleigh staff is Amazing. They are very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming, and maintenance service request is usually completed 24/48 hours. The Arbors Greenleigh staff makes their residents feel like family. They have a lot of resident activities; they truly want Arbors Greenleigh to be your long term home and not just an apartment complex. I highly recommend Arbors Greenleigh. It’s Top Tier and 5 Stars.

ARRIVE UNION WHARF APARTMENTS REVIEWS

The maintenance staff is top notch. Our AC went out at the end of spring, and Walter was able to find time between inclement weather to get a replacement installed on the roof for us in less than a week, plus gave us a window unit to hold us over.

Walter Meadows is a great supervisor and really goes above and beyond. He did an awesome job unclogging my sink. He was quick, efficient, and super professional. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about helping others. Really appreciate his help!

Great place to live! I just want to take a moment to recognize the incredible maintenance team, especially AJ and Vernon. I had multiple maintenance requests put in and they were quick, efficient, incredibly professional, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to ensure everything is in perfect working order.
