Brittany Hill is just amazing. This is my 5th BMW and I’ve had 3 Lexus and I’m telling you I’ve never experienced any service like the one that I’ve received from Brittany. Her attention to detail is impeccable, down to her opening the trunk of my new car while my hands were full and she was in the process of removing my tags from my old car. She just anticipates everyone’s next move and she stays two steps ahead. I’ve never seen anything like it. As someone who absolutely hates being in a car dealership, she was a delight to work with, very professional, personable, funny, attentive, just an absolute joy. She almost got me the absolute most value for my trade-in. I really didn’t think that I would be buying a car, I didn’t think the deal would come together the way I needed it to. Jae Lim was our salesman, and he was phenomenal! We have been looking for a car for quite some time, and have spoken to many sales people, and we just love Jae! It sealed the deal for buying our BMW. The whole dealership was great, and wonderful to work with, but Jae was just kind and not pushy at all. He took us out for a drive and answered our questions each time we came into the dealership. He seemed so happy to see us and answer our questions. There was never any pressure to purchase.
