Their bagels are always the best! I'm not sure what their secret is but, I can never find bagels anywhere else that match their quality. The lox and bagel is the best. And the service is top-notch! Fast and friendly.

Food was really good, the associate who helped us was very thorough and kind. Our food and drinks were ready within a few minutes and they were delicious. I see some other reviews from a couple months ago about lack of indoor seating, but as of the time of this review they do have plenty of indoor seating and it is all open to be used. The reviews about not accepting cash are correct, they do have a sign on their doors about it, citing safety reasons.

The customer service here is great. The people are always friendly and it’s very upsetting that their is no way you can leave a tip when paying with card. I understand their are taxes on tips, however, I am a small business owner and I value all great customer service. Especially during the pandemic where our front line is holding us together, Einstein’s needs to make sure it’s doing everything it can to compensate these hardworking people. Without them, I would honestly not come to this location.

KAUFMAN'S COFFEE & BAGELS REVIEWS

I am already dreaming about my next meal here. We were biking on the Paseo del Bosque trail and took a small detour to eat lunch here. There's a big bike rack adjacent to the patio. Would be a good spot to grab a bite if you're at Tingley Beach, the Botanic Gardens or the aquarium. I had the Albuquerque turkey on a green chile bagel and it was perfection...crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside, stuffed with turkey and green chile that was mild and flavorful. It included snappy deal pickles and chips. Looking forward to coming back for coffee and a breakfast bagel.

Best bagels in Albuquerque and the shop is so warm and welcoming! The blue corn bagels are amazing and NY rye is spot on. All of the bagels look amazing and I'm so grateful to have this gem nearby. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

So even with their limited seating (totally understandable for a bagel shop), I need them to have a permanent chair for me, because I think the Kaufman Special will be my morning staple when visiting my fiancé. Lettuce crisp. Tomatoes juicy. Lox salted and brined to perfection. And the bagel toasted on the outside, while fluffy on the inside. And with the capers, I am sold. This lox on a bagel was a great start to my morning.

Best bagels in Albuquerque, I got mine warm, and fresh and delicious. I ate it and didn't even need cream cheese. These bagel's are incredible, local and delicious. Not much more to say than- these are my new favorite bagel's and will be my shop from here on out. I recommend you try them, because they're PHENOMENAL.

Wish you guys had a shop in Santa Fe! The bagels directly from the JCC were way fresher than the bagged bagels we usually get up here - that being said, we still buy the bagged bagels anyway, and just did a couple days ago.

The best bagels I've found in Albuquerque! REAL deal bagels - boiled and delicious. Always warm and fresh. Perfectly paired with their shmear.
