I work in a nearby office and had a great catering experience with NYB on Jefferson. I placed a delivery order with Kat for 10 individual lunches and drinks. She was very friendly and easy to work with. Not only were the sandwiches, bagel chips, and cream cheese dips fantastic, but they even brought us a bag of ice for the drinks. This was my time time eating and ordering from NYB, but it definitely won't be the last! I thoroughly enjoyed my smoked salmon on garlic bagel sandwich (New Yorker), and a co-worker said her roast beef sandwich (Broadway's Best) was literally the best roast beef sandwich she ever had.

Awesome place to eat lunch. Have been going here for several years. I got the cabbie on the asiago bagle. Very good. We also got the pizza bagle. There was nothing left, so it must have been good too. The owners are very friendly and bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied.

The bagels were good, I had a whole honey wheat bagel, toasted with butter, with eggs, cheddar cheese and turkey. The sandwich tasted fresh and I enjoyed it. I also had the French Vanilla coffee which had good flavor as well. We wound up eating there 2 times.

First time I've been there. When I went in, I immediately noticed it was clean. The young lady who took my order was polite. The food was ready quickly. And, yes, it was good. There weren't many people there at the moment so it was also quiet. I'll go back the next time I'm in the area.

If there was a way to give 10 stars I would. This is a little hidden sweet gem with a New York flair. The atmosphere was so inviting the minute we walked through the front door. The building was definitely made for this place. It had indoor and outdoor seating. The gentleman that took our order knew what was very knowledgeable on the menu and what they has to offer. The bagels were fresh and had a nice selection. I got the turkey with Applewood bacon on sundried tomatoes bagel. All the flavors married so perfectly. With a side of bagel chips and cream cheese made this the perfect lunch. The prices are very reasonable and I definitely got full. Special thanks to Jay Gomez for bringing a little New York to the City of Baton Rouge.

We were moving our son into LSU college housing and never knew about this bagel shop until we drove by. Stopped in for a bakers dozen fresh bagels. The great news is they close at 8 pm and we were there at 3 o’clock; we were able to get fresh bagels baked that morning. They bake them fresh every morning!! The bagels are delicious and whenever we visit our son this is where we will be picking up bagels to bring back home. They make sandwiches, it’s more than just a bagel shop. Friendly staff. And they were very mindful of separating the sweet bagels from the savory bagels in separate bags.

NEW YORK BAGEL AIRLINE REVIEWS

This is a really nice place! You would not think so given it's in a car dealership. That's why I could really only give it 4 stars for the atmosphere. But I've been there several times at different times of day, and I've gotten consistently good service. I came in a few days ago before closing, and the food was still fresh. Also, everyone is so friendly! The service is great, and I'd definitely recommend this spot.

I have not been to a new York Bagel in years. I seen it pop up when I was seeing what I wanted for lunch. The club new York, add honey mustard, pickle, onion and paper jack chesse!!! Was delicious!!! Loaded down on a croissant, lightly toasted. The workers were so nice! Actually had a conversation and thanked me for coming in today. I will be back!!!.

Great food and service. Very friendly employees.
