I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is always amazing and the food is delicious. Not only that, the service is top notch. Gabrielle made me feel I was her only customer and was always at my table checking in to make sure I was doing ok throughout the meal. She was very attentive and made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

UMAMI JAPANESE BISTRO REVIEWS
i have been searching for somewhere in baton rouge with actual quality sushi, and this was the one! i have moved recently from lafayette and was in need of a new spot. the sushi was amazing i got the sexiest woman alive roll, as well as the snow crab salad appetizer. the fried cheesecake was okay, it had a texture inside similar to crumbly queso fresco, and it was a bit frozen in a small section. the batter however on the outside was really delicious in addition to the caramel sauce when eaten altogether. i look forward to returning!
My favorite sushi place! Their menu has a wide range of options. It is easy to bring anyone here that doesn't like sushi. Next, there are great seating option. You have the choice to sit outside, at a inside table, or at the sushi bar. Lastly, they are available on food delivery apps. This makes it easy to order from anywhere if you can not make it to the restaurant.
The best sushi I ever had. Ask for the salmon Kush or any other menu item. You won’t be disappointed.i come from Tampa just to have their food. I love umami!

It has been years since its debut, and Tokyo Cafe has remained true to itself, offering the best in food and service.
