Versailles Cuban Bakery is the most famous Cuban bakery in the country. Felipe Valls started Versailles with a straightforward premise and wanted his clients to be happier than when they entered. Their regular customers come in for a cortadito and pastelito that they love when sitting in the café enjoying their version of El Nuevo Herald. Their espresso is made of Cuban coffee, as warm, delicious energy in a cup. They make a wide variety of pastries and bread with seasonal and fresh ingredients every day and all year round.
