Bakery Lorraine Pearl has been crafting San Antonio city's finest bread. Jeremy and Anne have been working together in Bakery Lorraine and improving their talents in various kitchens across the San Francisco Bay Area since returning to San Antonio in the summer of 2010. In 2011, they met the entrepreneur Charlie Biedenharn, who joined them in the founding of Bakery Lorraine. Their products are handled with the proper respect and thoughtfulness they merit from the flour of the miller to the eggs and butter of the dairy farmer.

La Panaderia launched a bakery cafe in 2014 to share their Mexican heritage and love for baking with the residents of their ancestral hometown of San Antonio, Texas. The bakery is run by the brothers Jose and David Caceres, who have a passion for baking when they were young boys selling their mother's bread, Dona Josefina's fresh bread on Mexico City Avenue. Their bakers have a completely different approach to making bread, including a 48-hour fermentation process that results in artisan baked goods unlike any other. La Panaderia specializes in making homemade bread and pan dulce influenced by Mexico's Golden Era or Epoca De Oro. eGift Cards are available.

Bird Bakery is born from their enthusiasm for baking and their admiration for the best and fresh ingredients. Elizabeth Chambers and her partner, Armie Hammer, created bird bakery in 2012 after months of highly refined family recipes. They baked their products on-site, from scratch, each and every day. Their bakers use only the finest products of Plugra Butter and Valrhona Cocoa to the highest quality Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla. At the end of each day, the leftover cupcakes and cookies are given to local non-profits and philanthropies.
