HALCYON REVIEWS
Nice spot for after dinner hangout. They have a full bar here. Order to your hearts content. My cappuccino was fantastic. Love the ambience. Funky and country all in one. Lots of places to sit and chat including outdoor. Great for studying with friends or get together. Definitely a must visit. Service was excellent. Plenty of private parking. A must visit in San Antonio. Cheers!
This place was really cool. The cocktails were amazing. The Sin+Tonic is exceptional. We had the smores as a snack while we enjoyed our cocktails, and the atmosphere was so chill and fun. I would say this is a great place to stop on a Saturday night!
Had a really nice breakfast. The food was prepared quickly, and the servers were really nice and welcoming. The portions were big and the mimosas were delicious.

LA VILLITA CAFE REVIEWS
Every year, I visit San Antonio for a music teacher convention and every year, I always visit this Cafe once. It's so quiet, the historic village is so pretty to look at while walking to this Cafe, and I enjoy the smells and cutely decorated place while I have my items. I usually get an iced coffee with a flavor shot and my most favorite breakfast item is the croissant breakfast sandwich (it has a different name than that but it's literally one of the most amazing items to get). My colleague and I always love visiting before visiting convention and highly recommend you should, too.
This cafe is nestled in one of the most charming and historical parts of downtown San Antonio. As a former employee at this I can attest to the consistency of quality food and service provided by the owner Barry and his staff. Was a pleasure and a privilege to come in as a guest and simply enjoy the food and fresh mimosas. The cafe manager Leslie runs a tight ship so the service was expedient and far exceeded expectations.
Awesome breakfast spot near the river walk. Friendly service, good food and a very cute place. Must try if you are in San Antonio.

BARRIO BARISTA REVIEWS
First time today. Went for a quick bite and caffeine. The barbacoa and brisket melts were the right balance of melty and meaty goodness while not being too heavy. We also got a couple chai lattes that were top 10%. This place has comfortable lighting, not too bright. While there are some aesthetics that seem slightly haphazard, everything I saw from food prep and coffee handling was detail oriented and presented well. Overall, wonderful place. Seems like careful service meets laid-back atmosphere. I'll get making this a regular spot.
Best coffee shop on the west side. The lamp lighting, soft jazz, and rustic-retro aesthetic make for a cozy spot. Their house brew and americano are full of flavor, and their tacos are terrific. Gilbert, the owner, is very kind and great to chat with. All the staff are always friendly. Definitely a great spot for a bite or studying. I hope the hours will be extended one day, but I’ll still be there until then.
The coffee is amazing!!, and freshly made for you!! The whole inside of the building just has this beautiful vintage kicked back feeling to it. It is so comfortable and cozy in there. The gentleman that helped serviced us was very kind, and was able to help us find exactly what we were in the mood for. 10/10 would recommend for anyone.
