BIG LOU'S PIZZA REVIEWS

The food was good. The pizza was huge!! The baked wings are always delcious. Perfectly cooked and crispy. I feel that the pizza itself was enough for at least 10 people being a 42-inch $100 pizza. We eat were only able to eat once slice. The spaghetti was delcious. The meatballs in it were juicy and full of flavor. We had a great time and always love coming here when we are in town.

Get ready to eat one of the best pizza's around in San Antonio. I didn't like the cherry frozen daiquiri, but liked the green apple daiquiri. Prices were good great place to bring family and friends.

The service is a little long, but fun with friends!! The food is really good and the pizza is a fun experience!! The bathrooms are clean and there’s lots of tables and booths!! We got the biggest pizza and it was so good and such a unique experience!! I definitely recommend doing this with friends, so you can get the big pizza!!.

This was an awesome spot to celebrate a new job opportunity! Not overly priced and had a wonderfully cozy atmosphere! We sat at the bar and Emma was so attentive and witty. We were debating on which salad we should try before our meal and she convinced us to try both! We were not disappointed!!! And the drinks were spot on. We had an espresso at the end of the meal, again with the suggestion of Emma stating it would be a perfect after dinner drink, and she was right....AGAIN! we will definitely be back!.

Pizza was great, thin and after you let it cool down, awesome crispy (East coast/ European) style crust. Fresh toppings really give it a great taste, you definitely get what you pay for here. The beer and wine options are good and the desserts (especially the Gelato) are awesome!.

Great pizza joint! They have gluten free dough that is amazing..You wouldn't know the GF dough is GF, it's that good! Alcoholic-Free cocktails too, delicious & refreshing.

Mellow Mushroom is always a fun place to grab some creative and delicious pizzas. They never have a problem building your favorite pizza just how you like it. I always pile on about 20 different toppings with extra cheese, and they always make it to perfection. The crust is great, the ingredients are fresh, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. If you enjoy customizing your pizza and trying bold flavor combinations, this is definitely the spot to visit. Highly recommend for any pizza lover.

We ordered the House Special pizza & it was delicious as always! The Maui Wowie never disappoints. The REAL show stopper at this place is the service, though! Top notch staff here, folks. Jackson has always been so friendly, polite, and full of energy! We’re accustomed to seeing him greet us when we arrive, but tonight he even took our TO-GO order. That kid has hustle!.

First time here. Pizza was outstanding. Great choices and crust. I typically don't like mushrooms but they were mild & good flavor. We did a half & half with the House Special and Holy Shiitake. Staff was great. We'll be back.
