COUNTRY'S BARBECUE COLUMBUS REVIEWS

We made a visit to our extended family in Columbus, Georgia and had to make our pilgrimage here. It has been over 30 years since I first came here and it has not changed much. In this case, not changing is good. The Cue Stew and BBQ Ribs Platter are as amazing as they were on my first visit. I look forward to coming back for another 30. I recommend the lightest, hottest sauce on the ribs. If you are not too hungry, the Cue Stew is a really great option. And, of course, you have to have sweet tea. We didn’t have room this time, but there lemon meringue pie is amazing!

Recently I had Country’s cater an event at my job and their customer service was excellent! They were friendly and the food was delicious! The two that catered, Dent and Aliyah were great! Would definitely have Country’s cater again!

Our food was delicious. We had the hamburger steak platter and the grilled chicken tenders platter. The squash casserole and Brunswick stew were fantastic. Staff members were very efficient and pleasant. Excellent!

When first open. The food was improved and good. I'm glad they're adding new things to the menu. That I haven't tried yet. But I'm kind of skeptical now. The chicken is overcooked, and dry. Same thing for the ribs, they're overcooked and dry. Not like it was before. I'm afraid to try the brisket because it may be the same. If only they would make these adjustments to their cooking time, and hold time. I would hate to have to search for a new BBQ place. Signed. Respectfully

The food has definitely changed but to me those chipped BBQ sandwiches are still so good! I'm glad they take cards no. My personal suggestion would be another line to make the wait go faster.

Great, local BBQ. Can't beat the quality of the chipped sandwich for the price. Absolutely the best.

SMOKEY BONES COLUMBUS REVIEWS

My husband and I had lunch here and it was awesome! The service, food, and atmosphere was amazing! The wings were smoked, delicious, and a nice size. I wish I’d gotten pictures before we dug in. Our server was knowledgeable of the menu and very attentive. The restaurant was clean and everyone was nice. I can’t wait to visit again with the kids.

We went to Smokey Bones on Thanksgiving and were told the wait would be about 2 hours, but we were able to find seats fairly quickly at the bar, which was a win. The service was slow, but considering it was a major holiday and they were clearly short-staffed, it was completely understandable. The food was absolutely great—hot, flavorful, and worth the wait. What stood out the most was how many military members from the nearby base were being served. It was really touching to see the staff still working hard to take care of everyone on a holiday. Despite the staffing challenges and slower pace, we were very pleased overall with the experience and truly appreciated the effort the team put in on such a busy day. Would definitely return!

This place was outstanding! The wings were amazing! The service was fantastic! Megan needs a raise and a promotion for going out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable the whole time. Best BBQ in town! Wally was very polite and friendly and made sure everything was going fine!
