PECAN LODGE REVIEWS

Absolutely loved Pecan Lodge – hands down one of the best BBQ spots in Texas! The beef short ribs were out of this world – insanely juicy and flavorful (I’d give it 100 stars if I could!). Also loved the jalapeño sausage, spicy chicken wings, and don’t miss the banana custard – super creamy and delicious. Great vibes, fast service, and definitely worth the hype. A must-visit for BBQ lovers in Dallas!

I've been wanting to try this place for over a year and they definitely lived up to the hype! I ordered the Trough, and my family ate off of it for two or three days! Plenty of food and all of it was delicious and cooked to perfection. They also get my personal praise for having really good collard greens! I highly recommend you check them out.

We had both the beef ribs and pork ribs, both were excellent and very reasonably priced. There were plenty of great side dishes, my favorites were the creamed corn, mac & cheese, and fried rice. You can choose to sit indoors or outdoors, and there’s also a bar where you can order drinks. The space is large, comfortable, and has a strong Texas vibe. The whole place actually reminded me of a brewery. Highly recommend.

Great BBQ! Absolutely delicious. We tried brisket and the original sausage — it was outstanding! Sausage especially was so juicy and yummy. The space was beautiful too and it’s so large! I didn’t really understand why they don’t see wine by the glass, but who care when you can get the whole bottle of rose to yourself! Highly recommend!

Best BBQ! And really tasty banana pudding. The atmosphere was nice and family-friendly.

The best BBQ ever! Highly recommend and will definitely come back. I had the blackened ends, brisket poppers, spicy mac n cheese, jalapeño sausage, and brisket potato salad. The brisket ends were absolutely delicious. They were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Jalapeño sausage was also perfect but the best of all was the brisket poppers. They are a meal, perfectly seasoned and served. While everything was delicious, the potato salad was my least favorite because it had onions and the mac n cheese was pretty basic. Overall, a 10/10.

Lockhart Smokehouse never disappoints! The barbecue is great! It was very juicy. The margarita was also good. Their decor is fun with lots of memorabilia to look at. The staff was also nice. And there are a lot of options for sides. It's definitely worth trying for anyone who has never been.

Great environment, wonderful personalities, and awesome atmosphere!
