First time here and definitely not my last. The staff provided great recommendations and great service. I had the Ham and Swiss Croissant & the Caramel Apple Spice Latte. They were both delicious! There were several seasonal drinks on the menu and a variety of breakfast items as well. I love the atmosphere as well with all the windows for the natural light to shine in and also the option of outdoor seating. This coffee shop was quite busy, but I understand why. I am adding The Red Cat to my list of favorite coffee shops in Birmingham. Great place to work or meet up with a friend.

Trendy upscale coffee shop with a wide variety of beverages and some things to eat. Prices are somewhat high but to be expected from this type of establishment. I ordered the cold brew which was quite good. Ample seating indoors. There is also outdoor seating. Service was fast and staff were friendly.

We used the Pepper Place location to host our son’s rehearsal dinner and had the BEST experience! The atmosphere is so quaint, we barely decorated at all. Ashanti helped us get settled, adjusted the music to our liking, and answered all our questions. We highly recommend this after-hours rental.

I’ve been wanting to visit this coffee shop for a while and it did NOT disappoint the coffee is probably the best I can think of in the area. It wasn’t too sweet or too bitter and it just had a wonderful depth of flavor! I got an iced caramel latte and ordered some food to-go as well. I got the breakfast bowl with sausage and a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. All of the food was so fresh and tasty as well. This coffee shop really stands out amongst the rest. The inside was airy but also cozy with plenty of seating. I can’t wait to go back for a study day when I start my classes back.

A list of the World's 100 Best Coffee Shops was recently released which highlighted Seeds Coffee Co in the #66 spot. Personally, they should be ranked much higher. My partner and I travel and try local coffee shops everywhere we go and this is by far our new #1 spot. The latte's are INCREDIBLE!!

A great coffee shop with delicious breakfast options and plenty of seating. I studied here with a group of friends and I loved the indoor/outdoor feel. The breakfast is on the more expensive side but my meal was so worth it. I can't wait to come back and try more things from the menu!.

This is the best place for a breakfast or brunch date. The food, service and coffee are all beyond 5* level. My favorite new place in Birmingham for breakfast and coffee with family or friends. Try the entire menu!

Such incredibly yummy food, awesome atmosphere, really great friendly staff! Delicious coffee!
