If you’re looking for a great breakfast spot with a calm and relaxing ambiance, Bella’s Cafe is a must-visit! My first time here and from the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service was top-notch. Michael, our waiter, was incredibly nice and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The food here is absolutely amazing! The pancakes were a highlight—fluffy, big, and perfectly cooked. We also tried the Eggs Benedict and an omelet, both of which were delicious and expertly prepared. I highly recommend Bella’s Cafe for anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing breakfast experience with great food and excellent service. This place is a gem!

The Bananas Foster French Toast was spectacular. I was especially delighted going through the specials menu and to see the staples as well such a unique variety of dishes to choose from. You can surely tell each one is ever so carefully crafted.Its exciting to see a business be authentically them. Bellas for me is so much more than breakfast brunch and lunch delights. This is artistry if I ever saw it. Every dish is so well thought out from the ingredients to the title of each dish. Presentation is off the charts. Portions surely will leave you satisfied.

The wait was long, but the food was worth every second !! Melissa was our server, she is the best, so personable and kind.

ATTICUS BOOKSTORE CAFE REVIEWS

This was such a cute place!!!! The pastries were absolutely DELICIOUS. They tasted fresh and really really good. The staff there was super nice and helpful as well! I asked for book recommendations and the lady at the cashier helped me right away. (will definitely buy those books.) Their books are also nicely organized into sections, which I also really loved, along with even a section for "staff recommendations" which I thought was a smart idea. The atmosphere was super cute and cozy. 100% recommend stopping by and having a quick pastry or food and maybe even check out some books.

Food, coffee, and service are 10/10. The morning team is very fast (I rarely wait more than 2 minutes for my drink order even when it’s busy) and their grab and go breakfast options are delicious. The staff are very friendly and professional. They have a lot of healthy options made with coconut milk (overnight oats, yogurt parfait, chia seed puddings). Plus their chocolate chip cookies are the best. Definitely the best cafe in the area in my opinion.

I loved this place. Been there for at least 2/3 times while visiting Yale. Great coffee, good fresh bakery items, and great collection of books. Employees from both cafe and book sections are great. Loved their sandwich, cookies and muffins. The place is always very busy and you have to wait in a long queue because of its proximity to museum and campus but it’s worth waiting for.

PISTACHIO CAFE REVIEWS

Was looking for a decent coffee shop on my way home from Boston. Found this cute Turkish coffee shop. They have a great variety of pastries and coffee. I ordered the pistachio coffee lattes and spicy Mexican lattes which has a great aroma and chocolate aftertaste. Coffee is great, strong and not as sweet as other places. The pistachio cookie is a bit underbake But the pastries are phenomenal . Definitely come back if I ever visit this area. Service is slow - either they are under staffed or just slow! Street parking and paid parking available It is not cheap but you paid for the quality. I think my bill for 2 coffee and a few pastry was about 50$.

A charming spot near downtown New Haven, featuring a unique design and an extensive selection of pistachio-based cuisine. I absolutely love the atmosphere, and the staff is friendly too. The presentation of their unique lattes, adorned with rose petals and pistachios, is a delightful touch. Definitely a must-visit place!

I've been a fan of Pistachio Cafe for a few years now and really enjoy their coffee and matcha. Anytime I need a change of scenery, I really enjoy stopping in here with a book or to do some work. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is very cozy as well.
