Saint Cupcake Portland is located in the corner of Southwest Morrison Lane, offering cupcake plates made from scratch and baked fresh every day. With over 17 flavors of cupcakes, including some vegan versions, cookies and brownies are available. Their cakes are available in most of their cupcake varieties, which have writing on request which fillings are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients and locally grown fruit and fillings as much as possible. Saint Cupcake's 4 "and 9" pies are available in a special order and come with a range of flavors. Their Ice Cream Cupcakes begin with a layer of their rich chocolate cake, then a layer of home-made ice cream, topped with hot fudge icing and sprinkles that make your occasion more special. Takeout and vegan options are available. Their bakers deliver your cupcakes Monday through Friday between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm and they also carry Melty Goods Ice Cream Cupcakes, Sandwiches. Sweetpea Baking Company is the very first entirely vegan bakery in Portland since 2005. They concentrate on producing quality vegan baked goods that will compete with any counterpart. Their cake makers use many organic and fresh ingredients, as well as locally produced flour, and a large part of their seasonal produce and fruit is also grown locally. Sweetpea frosting is buttery and velvety, without the crunchy texture of most wedding cake frosting. They sell cakes to as little as 20 guests all the way up to 250. Enjoy a range of different tier choices as well as flat cakes or toppers, along with a variety of flavors as well as personalized flavor combos. Piece of Cake, founded in 1978, is an award-winning bakery offering fantastic cakes, catering, and desserts. Their food designer and founder, Marilyn DeVault, has a talent for the quirky and beautiful, whether it's cookies, biscuits, pies, cheesecakes, or other delicacies, you'll be pleased with her creations. Marilyn opened the award-winning Piece of cake in 1978. She is graduated from the PSU in the 1970s with a Master's degree in Special Education and taught disability students years before making a career change. When the bakery expanded, she centered her bakery on satisfying the special dietary needs of her customers. Her training and teaching experience in Portland State encouraged her to tackle the special needs of dessert food. She developed formulas that are gluten-free and vegan and able to meet the needs of many children with gluten-free autism. Gluten-free options are available.
