"Matt's BBQ provides a variety of meats, sides, and desserts, all cooked fresh daily. The food truck is located in the Mississippi Marketplace. Their food is smoked, slow-cooked, and full of flavor, with tender meat that falls off the bone. Many of their meats are gluten-free. You can try their pork ribs, sliced pork belly, queso mac and cheese, and beans. Their Pork Belly Burnt Ends (1/2 lb) is double-smoked, tossed in mustard and brown sugar, and served with warm BBQ sauce and pickles. Their Pork Spare Ribs 1lb comes with pickles and warm dip, and BBQ sauce. Matt's BBQ also offers drop-off or pick-up catering for events of all sizes and has gift cards for a tasty surprise.

Their Spicy Cheeseburger is made with 1/4 lb beef, American and Tillamook cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, sambal mayo, pepper relish, and lettuce. One of the best food carts in Portland! And I will go out on the limb and say it’s the best Hawaiian Grindz in the PNW. The 808 combo plate was delicious. Their sauces elevate the flavor the protein. They recommend all sauces if you are unsure what to choose. Plus, they are at Gigantic. So grab a beer and some Ono grindz.

Best Hawaiian food I've ever had. Portions are huge! Easy parking and lots of outdoor seating. Get a spam roll. Really yummy.

Trifecta was so delicious! Especially enjoyed the fried chicken. Great mac salad too!

Holy chicken sandwich. The juiciness, the crunch, the sauce and the slaw with the pickle along with there jojo sauce compliment each so well! One of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had in a long time! I will definitely be coming back and I definitely recommend you check them out! Got the southern fried chicken sandwich and it was delicious.

Really fantastic brunch! We had the chicken and waffles, the hash, and the cinnamon roll. Everything was delicious. The hash was one of the best I’ve ever had. The cocktails and mocktails were also great! The vibe is cool inside with plants everywhere and quite a bit of outdoor seating. Service was too! We will happily come back.

Best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had! I had the spicy chicken and added Nashville hot and my husband had the burger, both were incredible. Oh and of course we had the jojos!! The food was delicious, the staff super friendly, and portions gigantic.
