Organized a quick military wedding in D.C., and needed a small cake. Ordering process was simple... called, emailed photos, they called me back promptly, and all was set. A week and a half later, on the way to the wedding dinner, we swung in and picked it up. Beautiful place, and a the things in the case had me drooling! Eyes forward! The cake was absolutely perfect, and delicious! Definitely recommend. Perfect ending to a perfect day! Thank you from a stressed out mother of the bride, putting this together from Michigan.

I absolutely LOVE Alexandria Pastry Shop! I ordered a cake for a co-worker’s retirement ceremony and it was by far the best custom cake I’ve ordered! And the customer service it top notch! Also a great spot to grab lunch and a good cup of coffee. Please consider this lovely bakery for your custom cakes, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I love stopping in here and I always forget to take pictures before we devour our desserts. We have tried a variety of pastry options, cupcakes, truffles, and cake. They’ve all been a 10/10. The dark chocolate truffles are my favorite and my husband says the carrot cake cupcakes are the best he’s ever had. Always friendly service and they take care in packing everything up. We’ll continue to come here, great local spot.
