Found a car I wanted online. Brandon with internet sales was amazing. No pressure, let multiple family members drive the car, and was beyond helpful. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t buy a car in under and hour. The finance guy (Brian I believe) had me in and out in 20 minutes. Easiest car buying experience of my life hands down.

I recently just bought a Subaru from this store and my experience was amazing start to finish. Josh came out and greeted me and I didn’t plan on leaving that night with my signature on the line. I figured there was no way they would be able to fit into my budget and still have an amazing car. Well did they prove me wrong. Not only did I get a low mileage car, with safety features, and extremely well maintained but also in my price range for payments. Even signing the paperwork with Brian was a great experience. Talk about store full of people with personalities. It was truly a refreshing car buying experience. I am beyond happy with my new car and when I’m ready to trade in I’m going back to see Josh or Johnny down at the superstore!

Kaylee in the service department was delightful. She was knowledgeable, gracious, thorough and kept us constantly up dated on the progress. Kaylee is cheerful and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a video of the vehicle inspection and condition of the car from virtually every angle. Two thumbs up Chandler Subaru! I had the best experience ever from three amazing guys. First let me acknowledge Lance Milburn service Advisor great customer service Lance answer every question that I had and I felt very confident that my car was in good hand . I was on break and Lance set up transportation for me to get back to work and I even got a pick up to come back to get my car thank you Lance you are perfect . Second my ride there and back was amazing I had the pleasure of riding with Remig and he gave me some good advice going there and back on if I need a rental car and my car is there for service couple of days they will provide a rental vehicle for me so that was great to hear and he even waited a extra 10 minutes before I came out the door very patience . Last Jesus god sent from heaven he explained my Auto started for me and how to turn on and off and when I need to come back for my next service great information . Overall I give these guys a millions star the customer service I got from all of them was amazing. Ps I can’t leave out my amazing sell man Billy Nitzschke he is one of the greatest person I ever met. Keep up the good work team.
