The car purchasing process can be overwhelming at times. However, this time, it was an amazing experience. From my sales person, DJ, to the sales manager Mitchell to my finance manager Randy. They kept me informed that the process from selecting my car to signing the finance paperwork was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a car. I have and will always be a Honda client. Now, I am a part of the Honda Chandler family. Thank you so much for all your kindness. Please tell the entire Honda team at Chandler. Thank you for making me feel like a part of the family from the moment I stepped in the door.

Bruce was stellar; appreciative of our time & understood our wants. We test drove a couple models, he told us about options next day financing was a breeze as we were able to do some from home and rest at dealership. Within 24 hours we drove out bay 4 in our new Honda Accord hybrid.

Pretty great experience with staff! Had a quick and easy purchasing process no bad vibes unlike other places. Definitely would recommend salesman tom he was very helpful and honest. Will come back for my next car .

Found a car I wanted online. Brandon with internet sales was amazing. No pressure, let multiple family members drive the car, and was beyond helpful. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t buy a car in under and hour. The finance guy (Brian I believe) had me in and out in 20 minutes. Easiest car buying experience of my life hands down.

I recently just bought a Subaru from this store and my experience was amazing start to finish. Josh came out and greeted me and I didn’t plan on leaving that night with my signature on the line. I figured there was no way they would be able to fit into my budget and still have an amazing car. Well did they prove me wrong. Not only did I get a low mileage car, with safety features, and extremely well maintained but also in my price range for payments. Even signing the paperwork with Brian was a great experience. Talk about store full of people with personalities. It was truly a refreshing car buying experience. I am beyond happy with my new car and when I’m ready to trade in I’m going back to see Josh or Johnny down at the superstore.

Kaylee in the service department was delightful. She was knowledgeable, gracious, thorough and kept us constantly up dated on the progress. Kaylee is cheerful and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a video of the vehicle inspection and condition of the car from virtually every angle. Two thumbs up Chandler Subaru!
