We recently purchased a home with Nexstar Homes and had a wonderful experience throughout the process. We fell in love with the large lot sizes they offer, as well as the variety of design options available within each floor plan. It was nice to have the flexibility to choose a home that fit our style while still benefiting from a well-designed layout. The entire team was easy to work with, and whenever we had questions, comments, or concerns, they were always willing to help. A special thank you to Justina, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our home-buying journey. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure our concerns were addressed and that we felt supported every step of the way. We are very happy with our new home and would highly recommend Nexstar Homes to anyone looking for a builder that offers beautiful homes, spacious lots, and excellent customer service.

We bought our Nexstar Home in December, 2024. We love the floor plan and the high end finishes. At one year we began warranty work and our warranty coordinator Michael Hernandez has been outstanding. He is friendly, professional and he follows through on all repairs. Michael has gone above and beyond in everything he does and has made the warranty repair experience as painless as possible. Thank you Michael and Nexstar Homes.

I’ve been very happy with my Nexstar home, specifically with Michael and the warranty department. Even the most minor issues were dealt with promptly, and professionally. Any questions or concerns I had as a first time homeowner were handled. They have truly set the bar much higher than I would have expected. Thank you guys!.

Starwood Custom Homes built me an amazing home! I had never built custom before and was a bit nervous, but they made the experience very easy and fun. I would definitely recommend them! Their attention to detail, customer service, and willingness to make things right when I was not satisfied with something, made this journey very pleasant. Was everything about the process problem free Absolutely not, BUT, when a company will bend over backwards to make it right.....you know you have a winner! There's nothing more you could ask for! I will always recommend them and will never use another builder for any future homes! Thank you Starwood for exceeding my expectations for my home.

Forte built our home for us and it was beyond all of our wildest dreams. To choose every component of your home with their careful guidance and watch the masterpiece unfold was super exciting and fun for us. We didn’t have stress because Forte was so on top of things. Their 24-month post-build warranty took care of all the little things that pop up. They understand how much a new home means to their customers and make it the best possible experience you could hope for. We feel very fortunate to have found them and worked with them.

We have been fortunate to provide the interior design for almost 20 different Forté homes, so we can say that we’ve experienced their quality and customer service on many different projects. I feel they’re a great value with fair pricing, excellent teamwork and communication and a superb quality product. They deliver when they say they will and they don’t over promise. All of our clients have been very happy with Forté.
