3 Best Assisted Living Facilities in Chandler, AZ

My father has lived at Clarendale of Chandler for 3 months and is happy and thriving, enjoying the people (residents and staff), activities and food. When my sisters and I were touring assisted living residences on behalf of our Dad, Clarendale easily stood out above the rest. The biggest difference was how happy the people are there. Julie Mitchell was so welcoming, positive and easy-going. She fielded our multiple questions with ease and compassion. We noticed how happy the residents and staff were as we took our tour. This company could give a corporate lesson in how to create a positive culture. The chef visited our table when we came back with our Dad and he was nice and engaging, explaining how he switches up the menu to keep things interesting. Each time we visit, we see the smiles and people tell us how they love living at Clarendale. People have been so friendly and welcoming to my Dad. I cannot say enough positive things about how this business is run, from top to bottom.

Clarence has taken wonderful care of my mother-in-law as she struggles with dementia. The staff are very caring, helpful, and responsive! We are very glad she is living in this community that goes over and above to care for her! She was very also very happy & comfortable when she lived on their independent living floor as well.

I'm acquainted with several senior living communities, and Clarendale Chandler is one of the very best. The staff is outstanding and works very hard to make life comfortable and pleasant for residents. The apartments are attractive, the food is good, and the facilities are modern, extensive and well maintained.

My Mother has lived at Gardens at Ocotillo in Memory Care for the past 2 years, 3 months. Many adjustments made over this time but for the last year+, runs like a well oiled machine. The Memory Care manager Thelma Watome her care staff, Activities Director, etc. are awesome. They understand the emotions and what you are going through. They do jot judge. My Mom is loved and treated like family. She is comforted by her friends (the other residents). Her room is kept clean. They are able to choose from a menu for their meals. The staff outside of the Memory Care also care for those in Memory Care when needed and they find joy in doing it. They know my Mom. I understand it is a difficult decision to place your loved one in this new environment. Trust in the process of adjustment. Soon you will feel relief knowing they are cared for at The Gardens.

My parents have lived at the Gardens at Ocotillo for the last 3 years and I am extremely happy with their living arrangements. They have recently had a change in their situation and the Gardens have been so caring and helpful. The people who work there are just lovely. The new general manager Keith is great! Kim and Debbie at front desk and Andrea, Micaela , and Alex are wonderful! Sue is helpful. In memory care we just love Angie, Thelma, Delphina, Patricia, Stella, Cheryl, Sulema, Christie, Lucy, Bella, Katherine! I am probably forgetting someone and I apologize because they are all doing God’s work! Thank you all so much.

The Gardens at Ocotillo has created such a beautiful environment of love, caring, laughter and community. My parents moved in about a year ago, and it was one of the best decisions we ever made. The entire staff treats the residents with respect and kindness. After my dad past away, Mom was surrounded by people who truly cared and showered her with love, both from the other residents and the staff. I can't say enough about the Gardens at Ocotillo.. Thank you for all you do.
