MILGARD WINDOWS & DOORS REVIEWS

We recently retrofitted all of the windows in our 33-year old home, and the new Milgard windows are beautiful. However, shortly after the installation we noticed a large scratch on the outside of a second floor window pane and contacted the company to report it. We were impressed with their rapid follow-up and prompt scheduling of an appointment for a representative to come and check it out. We were further impressed with the technician, who arrived on time and was friendly, courteous, and competent. He found that the scratch was actually some calking material inadvertently left during the installation process (which was performed by another company). He promptly cleaned the window and patiently answered our other questions about the new windows. We are very happy with Milgard's product and service.

I am so pleased with my Milgard windows and the warranty. We installed our windows about 10 years ago and they started to have a foggy look in our dining room. I placed a request online, they contacted me by phone to schedule a service. The day of the service the representative arrived promptly and changed out my windows to brand new panes. Amazing! No cost to me and I have beautiful brand new windows. Loved my service man. He also changed the springs in all my other windows that weren't easily moving up and down. I love the Milgard windows to begin with. But I really love how they stand behind their product to the end. I will also buy Milgard.

Love our Milgard windows but also love the lifetime warranty. We had to replace several windows that had started to 'fail' after 15 years. Guys came out and did a wonderful job. They got the work done quickly and were totally professional. Great company and great service.

GLASS KING REVIEWS

The window seal was malfunctioning and it allowed hot air to enter our house. I called Glass King and they said they would honor the warranty after I showed them photos. Within two days the manager and tech came out and inspected the windows. They ordered new glass to be installed and within one week the glass was installed beautifully and efficiently. I really appreciate their service.

Glass King was phenomenal! So happy I found them. Extremely professional. Once they took the measurements it was a week for them to install where other companies said 2-3 weeks for install I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Glass King and will definitely use them again. Thank you guys for exceptional work.

This I needed glass work done and I Googled companies that dealt with glass cutting and had a paòa cjfew choices and selected Glass King in Chandler. Needless to say I made the right choice Matt and Jay helped me and did a terrific job. Thanks guys you did a terrific job!

Extremely pleased with the service we received from Valley Glass! Asked Fabio to step into a job that was post completion and he was able to improve the job beyond my expectation! Fabio is great at explaining his process and any potential problems that may occur so you're not blindsided. I believed I needed to replace 3 large double pane picture windows measuring 67'' X 78'' - 1” thick each. After meeting with 3 different window companies and receiving costly estimates to replace the windows and frames I contacted Valley Glass. Joey and Michael examined my windows and convinced me two of the windows did not need to be replaced just the rubber exterior gaskets required repair as the glass seal was not damaged. They suggested I only replace one window glass as the other 2 windows aluminum frames were still in great shape and did not need replacement. One week later Joey, Michael and Aden arrived and installed the window. They also cleaned the other windows to ensure the tint matched and looked great. Their professionalism, honesty and attention to detail is a praise-worthy attribute of Valley Glass. I strongly recommend Valley Glass - honest, prompt and professional.

Valley Glass has been amazing to work with over the past year. We use them as our glass vendor for all our customers shower glass. We got first hand experience a few weeks ago when we had them install our new glass shower enclosure for our bathroom remodel! David and his team does a great job.
