Best experience ever at a mattress store. We bought 3 mattresses from Beth at Mattress by Appointment and are VERY happy with our purchase. Beth met us at the store at a time convenient to us, we tested the mattresses, she was knowledgeable and a joy to talk to (and hilarious). We brought our kids — the store has a basket of toys to entertain them so they were happy as clams. No pressure to buy. They also have metal bed frames and mattress pads. She helped strap one box to the top of our SUV, one fit inside, and delivered one to our door. Super comfortable beds.

Jennifer was so awesome! I reached out to her through her Facebook Marketplace post. She was very professional, communicative and genuine! She worked with me and my schedule to book an appointment. I changed my appointment three different times and she accommodated each time on the fly. She was on time with the appointment. When we arrived, she was very welcoming and was honest about pricing as well as answering any questions about mattresses! I give Jennifer, her store and service a 10/10. I will shop with her from now on.

This is my second purchase from Furniture & Mattress Discounters and had a fantastic experience. A big part of that was thanks to Alex. Very friendly and helpful staff. Got in and out fairly quickly with everything I needed, which in this case was mattresses for myself and both my daughters. Prices were reasonable for quality mattresses and I'm happy with the purchase. There is a really great selection of furniture here for every room, if you like modern styles.
