Bill was fantastic! He was so informative and thorough and of course very friendly! I actually had a great time hanging out with him and his co workers Donna and Lane! They helped me pick out the perfect solitaire for my anniversary. This is the second custom ring I have done at London Gold. I worked closely with Laine through the design, CAD, and wax impression. The ring turned out amazing and the detail was perfect. I am completely happy with the ring and appreciate all of the hard work they did on it. Thanks for the time and effort spent on this ring!!
