I bought my Ford Escape from a used dealership. From the very beginning it gave me problems. I had it towed to the same dealership a couple of times and it was never properly fixed. This last time I had it looked at by Jose at MTN view Ford instead. I am so happy I did that! Jose is the bomb. He was up front and honest about everything. They were backed up and he told me it would be awhile before I could get it back so he gave me a courtesy car to use. I’m beyond pleased with my experience and will always go see him now!

Terry Robey did a fantastic job working with me. I was considering a few brands of truck and he showed me all of the ones they had on the lot so I could compare. We did test drives, he walked through features and when I settled on the Ram he took even more time to walk through all the options for different packages. After that he took the time to run multiple various trucks and scenarios to find me the best value possible.
