I absolutely loved Grayce Bridal in Chattanooga! I originally scheduled an appointment in October or November of last year but had to cancel because my mom needed emergency surgery. The team was so kind, understanding, and empathetic when I explained the situation. They gave us time and space before reaching out a few months later to check in and see if we were ready to reschedule. Every time I spoke with Dominique on the phone, she went out of her way to ask how my mom was doing before discussing anything else. Her genuine excitement for my appointment made me even more thrilled to go. Although I was initially a little disappointed that Dominique wasn’t my stylist when I arrived, I quickly fell in love with Tiffany. Tiffany was amazing—extremely professional yet felt like a trusted friend. She truly listened to all of our thoughts and perfectly tailored the dresses she chose to what we were looking for. Every dress she brought out was stunning, and it was so hard to find anything negative to say about them. Tiffany wasn’t over-the-top or pushy and never made me feel rushed. Her balance of expertise and sincerity made the experience perfect. I was beyond happy to find my wedding dress at Grayce because I really wanted this special moment to happen with them. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend Grayce Bridal to anyone—10/10!

The stylists and staff at Grayce Bridal are so incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to a friendly, professional, and caring experience. I’m so glad that I had the opportunity to choose Grayce Bridal! They went out of their way to help me find the perfect dress for me, and I’m forever grateful for the privilege to work with this shop.

My sister said yes to the dress here! Dominique was incredible! She was able to pick up EXACTLY what my sister wanted. The vibe inside the building was on point! Very elegant and clean. The separate spaces were open for us and comfortable. This day was a wonderful memory for us all and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you Dominique!

After trying on dresses at 5 other local bridal shops, I was so happy to find exactly the super sparkly dress (and accessories) I was looking for at Monica's! The staff are kind and attentive, with an answer for every question/problem down to "how do we clean this after the wedding without losing the glitter?" They are incredibly organized and helpful, with reminder texts that think of everything an overwhelmed bride brain might forget. Alterations were also very simple and affordable and I loved that I could store the dress and accessories at the store until wedding weekend. Overall I am so thankful to be one of Monica's brides!

If I could give this business more than five stars, I would. Monica’s Bridal was absolutely amazing. Customer service, communication, price transparency, and more were 10/10. They exceeded my expectations. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and they made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I was personally greeted by the owner, who was very kind and fun. They pampered me and made me feel so special. They get the little things right!!!!! I said yes to the dress at Monica’s Bridal!!!!

Monica’s is THEE best place to wedding dress shop!! The staff are incredible! You have your own private area for fittings with your crew! Their location is convenient and BEAUTIFUL!!! They make sure you walk away happy, with a great experience and memory of your fun day! 10 out of 10 recommend!
