3 Best Assisted Living Facilities in Chattanooga, TN

I am so happy I found this facility. Staff is wonderful, food is fantastic, you truly feel like you are home. Everyone is very pleasant. The executive director Mary and the wellness director Cheryl are fantastic to work with. The open-door policy is wonderful. My father lives here in the memory care unit and all of his needs are met daily. I was looking for a Safe Place for his care and I hit the jackpot. He is Safe, he is well cared for, and more importantly he is given the dignity and respect he deserves at this stage in his life. I couldn't recommend a better place for anyone who is considering placing a family member in a memory care facility or anyone who is looking for an assisted living facility. Apartments are spacious. Plenty of activities and the food is very good. Thank You StoryPoint of Chattanooga for all you do. When I come to visit Dad, I truly feel I am not just visiting him, but I am also visiting with my second family.

Story Point is a well maintained and clean property. The community employees I have dealt with have been extremely helpful. They always make sure to have mom call me when she does not answer her phone, or help me with any personal favors since I live out of town. We get a monthly calendar of a variety of events or activities. My mom seems happy in the community. Mom has a courtyard apartment for 3 years and enjoys sitting on her patio outside.

It can be overwhelming and scary thinking of where your loved one should live once they need additional care and support. Since we began our journey with StoryPoint, they have made the transition seamless and eased all of our worries. I knew the first time dad and I met Mary (now Executive Director) we had found his new home. The entire staff has been amazing when helping take care of my dad. They go above and beyond to make sure his needs are met and exceeded. They take a genuine interest in their residents. StoryPoint has been a blessing not only for my dad, but also our entire family. We have peace of mind knowing he is somewhere safe and loved. I sing their praises anytime I get a chance and will continue to do so.

My father was a resident at Brookdale for several years and our experience was very positive. The facility is clean and well cared for and he received very good care from the nurses, care givers, administrators, dining crew and even the maintenance staff. By the time he left their care, a family type relationship had developed between him and several of the staff. If you or your loved one is considering an assisted living facility, I highly recommend Brookdale Senior Living - Hixson.

This facility is beautiful, very clean, and well taken care of. Aside from the the people are amazing! The entire staff from my interactions is just amazing. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

Both my husband and myself have had the pleasure to volunteer at Brookdale Hixson on our visits to family in Chattanooga. The atmosphere is warm and inviting,a true family atmosphere..The activities keep everyone involved...we enjoyed the conversations and many smiles. Heard the renovations are just beautiful...looking forward to our next visit.
