The showroom was lovely. Within minutes we were in the hands of a knowledgeable sales associate who immediately showed us the bed we had seen on line and were interested in purchasing. He confidently answered numerous questions concerning the product and the store's financing options. The manager and Josh worked together to get us a great deal on a new mattress and even bed linens to go along with our new bed! We would highly recommend shopping at Ashley Furniture at Hamilton Place to everyone.
Buying experience was good, delivery was perfect. The delivery personnel were very professional and friendly. We have a very challenging drive that is 400 feet up a steep hill. The driver navigated it with no problem. He is one of the few that has. He is to be commended for his ability and professionalism.
I really appreciated that the sales associate met us at the door, informed us of current sale options, and then pointed us in the right direction so we could browse on our own. He was attentive without being right on our heels the whole time. Great service. Will definitely shop here again.

We found exactly what we wanted at Furniture Row in Chattanooga, TN! Kaitlyn was a fantastic sales representative! She was very helpful, and most of all, VERY patient with us. She showed us our options and then gave us plenty of time and room to make our decision on what we wanted. She was not pushy at all, but did check on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. When we asked about the measurements of the furniture, she was quick to find a tape measure and help us out. She was the best!
Sales staff were extremely helpful and attentive without being pushy or overly eager. The furniture is much more affordable than other stores and I came away feeling like I got someone nice, that I wanted, for a decent price.
Chad was amazing! I was extremely impressed with how he helped me through the whole process. I lost my house due to a fire last June and I was not looking forward to the whole furniture shopping ordeal but Chad really made me feel at ease.

Sales associate Derrick Gladden was Excellent!!! This was a fun shopping experience. Derrick gave me space to shop around and make a decision on which pieces of furniture I wanted but also readily available when I had a question. He was informative when I asked about the quality of certain pieces. I called back later after my purchase to make a change and he was helpful to take care of that for me. Ashley did a wonderful job helping my mother find a new chair. She was very personable and knowledgeable, and made the process easy. She was very patient, and not pushy. She allowed my mother the time she needed to make her decision, but was always close by if we needed anything. The selection and price were the best we had seen out of 4 other furniture stores for a power recliner in fabric and not leather, a very hard to find item! Overall a very pleasant experience!!
