Sales associate Derrick Gladden was Excellent!!! This was a fun shopping experience. Derrick gave me space to shop around and make a decision on which pieces of furniture I wanted but also readily available when I had a question. He was informative when I asked about the quality of certain pieces. I called back later after my purchase to make a change and he was helpful to take care of that for me. I recently went into RTG in Chattanooga to look at furniture possibilities for an upcoming move. There is a sales woman Patricia who is very attentive and knowledgeable about products. I went back and put a sectional and dining set on lay away. It was a pleasure shopping with Patricia. If not for her I probably would not have shopped there. Everyone (sales team) sits where they see customers come into the store and never took time to speak or to look up. I really liked these quality of the items I put on layaway. I am looking forward to seeing them in my home.
