We had the most amazing 2-night stay at The Chattanoogian Hotel! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely made us feel welcome. We stayed in the Presidential Suite, and WOW — it was absolutely stunning! Spacious, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. Every detail felt luxurious, from the plush bedding to the incredible views. It was the perfect space to relax and feel pampered. The location was perfect for exploring Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain, and the hotel’s accessibility and pet-friendliness made it even better. Everything was clean, quiet, and so well-maintained. This was hands down one of our favorite hotel stays ever. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Lovely hotel with pleasant staff in a nice location! Our room was clean, quiet and had a mountain view. The restaurant in the hotel had great food, great service with a live jazz band. They also have a roof top bar and a full service Starbucks in the lobby. I loved the historic touches as well. We would definitely recommend & come back again.

So many lovely people work at this hotel. Even when I don't stay here, I visit the restaurant, Starbucks, and lobby. Jaime and Prashant are so kind and helpful they know my breakfast order by heart. Octavia, the housekeeper, brightens my day and puts so much care into ensuring a clean and beautiful lobby we all can trust and enjoy.

I wanted to take a moment to commend the incredible staff who made our recent stay truly exceptional. Lisa, Jemima, Eliana, Martha and Joy were absolute superstars during my current and previous stays with every interaction. They were incredibly accommodating and handled any issues we encountered quickly and feasibly, with both professionalism and genuine kindness. As an Army veteran, the level of care and customer service they provided meant so much to me. Each of them went above and beyond to assist in every way possible. The breakfast was also a highlight....well-prepared and well-attended by a friendly attentive team. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to many more stays in the future. I’ll be honest, prior to stays here over the past year....we were loyal to another property in town for years. But your team’s exceptional customer service has completely won us over. Your staff should be recognized and commended for their outstanding work. If it were up to me, I’d give them all a raise! Keep up the great work. We’ll definitely be back.

Great stay and fantastic staff. The m Lounge experience was exceptional. Ms Jennifer and Denise made me always feel comfortable and well fed and watered. The gentleman who makes the hot sauce and beautiful fruit trays should win the VIP- valued in performance award. Possibly the best hot sauce I’ve ever tasted. I can’t wait to come back to this Marriott. I’m a Titanium member with over 1250 nights in Marriott so when I say exceptional property- please trust this review. No matter what part of the hotel we were in, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and welcoming. The food was amazing as always! The food was a little pricey, but worth it.
