A buddy of mine sent me to see Kirby at kooks Ford of Baltimore he has bought all his truck through Kirby this was my first time dealing with Kirby he was acceptiinally great didn't try to pressure me into buy a certain truck. He works well with customs seeing what they want and don't want in a vehicle I was very pleased and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a Ford. I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer in the future thanks again Kirby for a great experience. Also the finance guy was great also sorry for forgetting his name.

Ammar was great from the time I first called the dealership. He quickly followed up going to the lot, taking a video of the car, and sending right back to me. The buying process was quick, simple, and I got a much better deal than other dealerships were offing for the Bronco Sport Outer Banks edition.
