My hats off to Nathaniel Groebner! What a top notch salesman. When my husband and I stepped into Lou Bachrodt yesterday we were just hoping to find a reliable vehicle for my husband and a reliable vehicle for my daughter as well. Well, we successfully got them both a vehicle plus a whole lot more. Never once did we feel like we were pushed into a sale. The level of professionalism, honesty, courteous, helpfulness we received was astounding. Nathaniel as well as the financier Bill, went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal possible for us! ‘Thank you’ doesn’t describe how pleased we are. Lou Bachrodt is a great dealership in general however it’s even better because of Nathaniel working there. He takes care of his customers and makes sure the customers aren’t bamboozled in the process. We will definitely come here in the future if and when we are in need of a vehicle.

Came in for 1st oil change on our 23 malibu. Got me in on time. Very courteous and professional. Had time to check out whats in showroom (always dangerous). Waiting area was roomy. Just wish there was more offered in there while I waited. The other dealerships I've been with would have popcorn going and some fruit in a basket. Otherwise great service
