Wowowowow what a wonderful experience! Austen was such a great sales associate to work with. He came in on his day off to help my brother get a Toyota Tacoma and spent nearly 3 hours making sure all the paperwork was accepted. He never seemed impatient and even took time to laugh and tell stories with us. The whole time he was reassuring towards our anxiousness. Honestly such a great guy and absolutely recommend him to everyone who wants to feel comfortable when buying a car. Josh, who did our finances was also great and very funny - when finances made us feel anxious, he was able to help us feel calm. So glad I was able to co-sign for this beauty!
