They've fixed several different things on my old car over the past few years, and every time they're friendly and easy to work with. Sometimes it's "wow, let's fix that ASAP" but sometimes it's "hey there's a good amount of life left in that part, let's let it go for now and check it again in six months" or "no, you don't need a new pair of tires yet, just patching this one is perfectly safe." They're really up-front and honest with you. And if there's an issue after you get your car back, they'll go above and beyond to make it right. Love these folks, I refuse to go anywhere else.

Hector came and rescued me from a flat tire and drove to help me because I was panicked when that's not something they normally do. This family business went above and beyond, all while charging a fair price. This is extremely rare for tire shops in Downtown Chicago. Give them your service! Thank you Hector.

Upgraded to bigger tires on my Jeep for the winter. They had them ordered next day, and installed all 5 in 20 minutes! Amazing service as always.
